Zukünftige prospektive Studien müssen das IMC mit anderen semirigiden und rigiden Techniken vergleichen. Der Repositionsverlust war die häufigste Komplikation der IMC-Technik.ĭas IMC ist eine neue semirigide Technik zur Stabilisierung von skHF und scheint zu weniger Komplikationen zu führen als die Verwendung von Stiften oder Helixdraht. Helixdraht (p=0,01) stabilisierte Patienten. IMC-Patienten hatten seltener postoperative Komplikation als mittels Stiften (p<0,001) bzw. Die Häufigkeit und Art postoperativer Komplikationen unterschied sich zwischen den semirigiden Operationstechniken. Die Operationsdauer unterschied sich nicht zwischen den Techniken. Diese retrospektive Studie vergleicht intra- und postoperative Daten von Patienten mit skHF, die mit einer neuen („intramedullary claw“, IMC, n=84) sowie zwei herkömmlichen semirigiden Techniken (Stifte, n=30 Helixdraht, n=19) stabilisiert wurden. Die subkapitale Humerusfraktur (skHF) ist eine häufige Fraktur. ![]()
